After graduating with a BA in political science from Washington State University in 2000, she started working for some of the most well-respected law firms in Seattle, Washington. After eight years working as a legal assistant and paralegal, Courtney attended law school at Gonzaga University School of Law. Courtney has been practicing in Clark County since 2013. In 2016, Courtney launched her own law firm, Baasch Law, P.S.
Courtney is passionate about helping the greater Clark County community. When she is not zealously advocating for her clients, Courtney enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her husband, daughter, three dogs and two cats. On occasion you can catch her running 5k fun runs. Baasch Law, P.S. provides legal services with an emphasis on public interest issues, parent representation in dependency actions, family law, estate planning, and Indian Law.
Baasch Law, P.S. holds a contract with the Office of Public Defense to provide legal representation to parents who are involved with Child Protective Services (CPS). Courtney Baasch has over a decade of experience in this field. Ms. Baasch was the supervisor of the CPS – equivalent department for the Quinault Indian Nation for nearly two (2) years. She is State trained on the policies of Washington State CPS. Now she represents parents who need strong and dedicated counsel to understand this complicated system.
